VEEVNow Voucher Scheme
The Scheme
1. We have vouchers that can be redeemed to obtain a discounted e-cigarette named VEEVNow (the “VEEVNow Scheme”).
2. You’re eligible to receive up to six vouchers, all of which must be used in participating VEEV Now stockists within the Leeds area of the UK.
3. All instructions that we provide to you via SMS will form part of these terms and conditions.
4. Remember, some participating stockists may not sell VeevNow at the recommended retail price of £4.99. You may have to pay the difference between the recommended retail price and the price charged by the stockist.
Eligibility
5. Existing smokers and nicotine users aged 18 or older resident on the UK mainland. . If you’re an employee, or a relative of an employee, of Philip Morris Limited (or anyone else professionally connected to the administration of the scheme) you cannot participate.
Redemption Mechanics
6. Follow a link, represented by a QR code, that takes you to a website where you will submit your mobile number. You’ll need an internet connection to follow the link and data will be either (i) deducted from any inclusive allowances you may have from your internet service provider, or (ii) charged in accordance with your internet service provider’s standard rates.
7. Once you’ve fully registered, and confirmed you’re aged 18 or older, you’ll receive information about how to locate your nearest participating stockist and you’ll start to receive text messages containing your vouchers. You’ll not be charged to receive these text messages.
8. Before you can redeem your VeevNow, you’ll be age verified by the participating stockist to ensure that you are aged 18 or older.
Restrictions
9. You can only participate in the VEEVNow Scheme once. You will be prevented from participating in the VEEVNow Scheme, and issued vouchers may be withdrawn, if it is reasonably suspected that you’ve attempted to circumvent this restriction in any way.
10. Vouchers are for your personal use only and cannot be redeemed online. They can only be used in the physical store of a participating retail stockist.
11. You must obtain and redeem your vouchers before 23:59 on 31 December 2023; redemption is subject to the retailer’s stock availability.
12. You only use one voucher per purchase; you’ll receive your next voucher once we’ve successfully validated and tracked the transaction.
13. Remember, you can opt out of the VEEVNow Scheme, and stop receiving vouchers, at any time by following the instructions that we provide in our communications with you.
Personal Information
14. Your personal information will be used for the conduct and administration of the VEEVNow Scheme and to send you a short survey. There’s no obligation to participate in the survey and you can let us know (following the instructions we provide) if you don’t want to hear from us. You information will be processed in line with our privacy policy, details of which can be found here.
General
15. Vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or for the purchase of another e-cigarette brand.
16. The vouchers are for your personal use only and are non-transferrable.
17. Our decision is final in all matters relating to the VEEVNow Scheme.
18. We reserve the right to verify all entries and to refuse to deliver a voucher(s) where there are reasonable grounds to believe:
- these terms and conditions, or any instructions relevant to your participation in the VEEVNow Scheme, have been breached;
- a voucher has been obtained fraudulently or otherwise in breach of the law.
19. We cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any third parties involved in the VEEVNow Scheme.
20. We do not assume responsibility or liability for:
- any faulty, failed or incorrect electronic data transmissions;
- any unauthorized access to, theft, destruction or alterations of the voucher(s);
- failures relating to any equipment, systems, internet connections, servers or computers utilized in any aspect of the VEEVNow Scheme;
- inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet.
21. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute shall be determined by the courts of England and Wales.
